OUR PRODUCTS

 All of the products sold through Alice Crawley Interiors are responsibly sourced, previously - loved vintage items that have been carefully reworked and lovingly restored by our small team, making them truly unique and bespoke.

It’s important to note that since all our pieces are second - hand “vintage” items, it is possible that they may have slight physical defects and small traces of wear and tear in accordance with their age. The images of the products on our Shopify, Website & Instagram are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to show the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen’s display of the colours accurately reflects the actual colour of the products. Your products may vary from those images. Please contact studio@alicecrawley.co.uk for any further product information.

PICK UP & DELIVERY:

Upon purchase, please email studio@alicecrawley.co.uk to organise either a courier service or self - collection.

We offer a bespoke “white glove” delivery service which is individually priced according to size of the item and distance of delivery from West London. Alternatively, customers are welcome to come and collect their orders free of charge or arrange their own courier collection. Please note that If you choose to organise your own courier collection, be aware that it is at your own risk - we are not responsible for any loss or damages once the item has been collected from us.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please be aware that most of our pieces are second - hand, vintage items and therefore it is possible that these pieces may have slight physical defects and small traces of wear and tear in accordance with their age. Any notable damage we will mention in the product descriptions and these originally highlighted variations or differences do not constitute grounds for refund or return. Please inspect your item upon delivery/collection. If you believe an item was damaged or faulty and not in line with the information on our e - commerce platform, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery/collection by emailing us at studio@alicecrawley.co.uk with all relevant details including your name, address, and order number.

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions of use by the site and the users and to define the conditions of sale. By visiting this site and/or purchasing one of our products, you agree to accept and be bound by the general conditions of sale.

Alice Crawley Interiors is an e - commerce website that offers a selection of vintage and second - hand furniture and homewares. All the pieces on this website are available in limited or one - off quantities. All product descriptions and product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discr etion. We strive to offer a selection of beautiful products in good condition and restore each vintage item as best we can before it is put up for sale.


PRICES

Alice Crawley’s Interior's determines the price of its products freely. The prices listed are in GBP including all taxes. The prices indicated exclude delivery costs which will be charged in addition and on an individual basis to the price of the final order. All final payments must be made in GBP. All orders outside of the UK may have additional charges added to the price (custom duties, local taxes, import duty, state tax), the buyer is responsible for all necessary declarations and charges. Alice Crawley Interiors will not be responsible for any additional charges. Alice Crawley Interiors advises its buyers to check with their dedicated local services to anticipate any undesirable costs.


PAYMENT

The transfer of the item will only take place once Alice Crawley Interiors has received the full purchase price including delivery costs (if applicable ) from the buyer. The price of the product invoiced will be the one displayed on our e - commerce platform. An order may be refused if the buyer’s credit card is refused or for other reasons. Alice Crawley Interiors cannot be held responsible for any refusal . Payment can be made either by debit or credit card via the secure Shopify payment gateway.
